Walt Disney World Resort are such special times of year. So sad to hear that you need to cancel your trip. There is one surefire way to cancel your trip is calling for
assistance by phone. These are the professionals and have seen it all when it comes to canceling trips. You also may have an option to change your dates around for when this visit may be more convenient for you. Sometimes life throws curveballs at you and you have to adjust. But not to worry this vacation kingdom will always be waiting.
When it comes to what you have paid for your trip if you booked directly through Disney you will be able to get a full refund for any monies paid for your hotel and tickets as long as you are not inside of 30 days. If you are within your 30 days you will receive your money back minus a $200 cancellation fee. The only way you will not receive your money back is if you are canceling the day before your arrival date.
There are a couple of ways to go about canceling the first is visiting your
My Disney Experience App and visit your "Future Plans" section. When you see your reservation you should be able to open up the reservation and tap on cancel. If you do not feel comfortable making these types of cancellations via the App you can always call for assistance by phone and someone will be happy to assist.
