    HI! How can we contact Animal Kingdom Lodge to find out about having distilled water delivered? We're DVC members but they keep trying to point us to bottled water but we need distilled for a medication we're bringing. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Whether you are staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House, you are in for a treat. These resorts are beautiful, and the opportunity to see so many exotic animals outside of nearly every window is fantastic.

    I have a couple of thoughts for you on how to get distilled water for your vacation. First, consider Garden Grocer at gardengrocer.com. Garden Grocer will deliver groceries to your Walt Disney World Resort. This is not an official Disney service; however, I checked and they will deliver distilled water to your resort.

    Another option, since you mention that you are a Disney Vacation Club member, is to consider calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800. I have always found the cast members there to be very helpful, and I am sure that they can investigate if there is a way to get distilled water to your resort.
