What will the construction be like at Caribbean beach resort in January 2019? Will the Old Port Royal be open?

Hello Andrew and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a super question about your upcoming January 2019 plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
I've always enjoying staying within the lilting island villages of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and simply cannot wait to see the whole re-imagined Resort complete with the awesome sounding Disney Skyliner which will be able to gracefully transport Guests from the Resort to Epcot & Disney's Hollywood Studios.  At this time there's no official word on an opening timeframe but Guests can be assured of no construction noise or disturbance between dusk and 9am daily.
I do have some wonderful news to share in that Old Port Royale is set to re-open this coming Fall 2018 with a new Caribbean themed extension to Centertown Market where Guests can relax and dine in true island style amidst the colours of the archipelagos and just this week I'm happy to share that reservations have opened up for Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!
I also thought you may be interested to know that from January 12th until February 25th 2019 Guests can immerse themselves within the arts at Epcot International Festival of the Arts which may slot in well with your own January plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
