    Hello! I am considering using Disney’s in room sitting service. Is it possible to meet the sitter before hand? I am nervous about leaving my daughter with someone we have never met. Any information on this topic would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello Kathleen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I sympathize with your decision about taking care of those Mouseketeers most precious to you!

    My wife and I felt the exact same way when we first started using Kid's Nite Out, the independent child care provider approved by Walt Disney World Resort. We have since used them on numerous occasions and found them to not only be complete professionals, but individuals who truly understand your hesitation and do everything in their power to make you and your children comfortable.

    In every instance when we have used Kid's Nite Out, we have found our kids to have been well-fed and sleeping for hours upon our return. As far as arranging a meeting with the babysitter who will be tasked with watching your Mouseketeers, you will have to contact Kid's Nite Out directly at (407) 828-0920, as they are an independent provider and not directly affiliated with Walt Disney World Resort.

    While the Children's Activity Centers at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels that my kids emphatically enjoyed are slated to close at the end of July 2018, Camp Dolphin at Walt Disney World Resort Dolphin Hotel will remain open as an alternative Childcare option.

    There's also the brand new Pixar Play Zone at Disney's Contemporary Resort which offers kids a night out with all of their favorite Pixar friends and parents some much needed alone time.
