We are considering upgrading to the Disney Deluxe dinning plan.I know some plans say you can have only one table service meal a day and one quick service ect. With this plan am I aloud to have as many table as id like? How does this work?

Hi Crystal!  I am so excited to answer your question! I am a huge fan of the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan!

The Disney Deluxe Dining plan entitles each member of your party to 3 Table Service meals each day.  With that being said, you can certainly use these entitlements to pay for quick service meals as well.

The flexibility and value provided by the Disney Deluxe Dining plan is incredible. For example:  If you only use 2 dining credits in one day, that's OK.  You can bank them for future meals during your stay.  Meal and snack credits do not have to be used on any particular day and are redeemable from check-in until midnight on the day you check-out.

My family LOVES dining at Disney Signature restaurants which costs 2 dining plan entitlements. With the Deluxe Dining Plan, we have plenty of dining entitlements, so spending 2 on a Signature Dining Experience here or there is really no biggie!  Plus, at table service restaurants with menus, each member of your party will receive a choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage! Not to mention, each member of your party will be entitled to 2 snacks per day.  It's a LOT of food, but we enjoy it!
Here is a link outlining everything you need to know about Disney Dining Plan options as well as a PDF outlining the specifics of the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan for 2012.

Tip:  With 3 meals a day, as offered with the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, I recommend making as many advanced dining reservations as possible.  These may be made online or by calling (407)WDW-DINE up to 180 days in advance.

I love Disney food talk, so please let me know if you have any more questions!
