    We are considering a trip either Thanksgiving week or Christmas. It looks like there are no Very Merry Christmas parties during Thanksgiving - so you would not see the special fireworks or parade? What special things are offered during Thanksgiving?

    Hi Tereasa!
    There is no Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party during Thanksgiving week because the parks are very busy and they do not want to have to close parks early (7PM to start the party) when it is that crowded already with guests. The parks and resorts are still all decked out for the holidays which, in and of itself, makes the visit during this time of year a bit more special. Entertainment offerings are typically what you would find pre-holiday.
