I am considering a trip to disney world 8/29-9/6 2020. It looks like 2019 Halloween started earlier than it was at Disneyland. Will it be Halloween time that week?

Hi, Christina!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Autumn is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, and it's never too early to start planning to "fall" into magic!  Two of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort events, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party both take place during the fall season and typically, both of these events are underway by late August.  Last year, dates were announced and tickets went on sale for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in January.  Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog in the upcoming months to catch any announcements about this year's party dates.

As you get ready for your trip, you might find these Disney Parks Moms Panel tips for making the most of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party useful.  If we can help you with any additional vacation planning questions, please visit us again.

    Have a magical day!
