I am considering treating my granddaughter and her parents to the Cinderella's Royal Table experience and wondered what the difference is in the Dinner meals $36 to $60. Food wise.

I have noted current choices (although subject to change).

During lunch, guests share a Chef’s Tasting Plate of pesto chicken, BLT salad, mozzarella, capicolla ham, grapes, swiss and cheddar cheese. Samplings may vary.

    Entrées:
Pasta al Pomodoro - Pasta, fresh tomato sauce, garden vegetables
Pan-Seared Salmon - Saffron crab risotto, grilled asparagus and lemon beurre blanc
Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin - mustard cheese grits, cabernet sauce, crispy onions
Focaccia Sandwich - ham, turkey, muenster cheese on focaccia bread with sweet potato chips
Major Domo's Favorite Pie - shredded beef in rich cabernet sauce, mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables, crowning a light pastry

The grand finale is a Blueberry Buckle with lemon ice cream and creme fraiche. Beverages are the same at both meals.

At dinner, you choose an appetizer:
BLT Salad - frisee, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, applewood bacon, tomato, eggs, red onion and roasted shallot vinaigrette
Castle Salad - Mixed Field greens with Bleu Cheese, Raspberries and Candied Walnuts in a Berry Vinaigrette
Vegetable Spring Roll with soy bean and bok choy salad and ginger-garlic sauce
Corn and Crab Soup with sour cream and chives

    The entrees are:
Roast Lamb Chops with fingerling potatoes, Vegetable Ragout, with a Herb Pesto
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with orzo cheese casserole, cremini mushrooms and a port wine reduction
Lemon Lavender Chicken on Mashed Potatoes with Wilted Spinach and a chicken Jus
Roast Prime Rib of Beef with gratin potatoes and cabernet sauce
Pan Seared Salmon with a grain pilaf, Grilled Asparagus with Rosemary-lemon Honey
Cheese Tortellini with julienne vegetables, garlic marinara Sauce and fresh Romano

    Dessert choices:
