    Considering taking the ferryboat from POR to DTD and wanted to know what time the ferryboats start in the morning? Taking my youngest to BBBB for a princess makeover at the WOD store for her birthday :) Thank you for your help :)

    Hi Anastacia! Sounds like a wonderful surprise for your youngest princess with the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation. It is quite an experience and one she will never forget!

    The boats that go from Port Orleans to Downtown Disney generally don't begin to operate each day until about 11am. They will run about every 20 minutes between 11-4pm and then after that time about every 10 minutes up to 11pm. During busy times you might see a wait as the boats are not large and sometimes the crowds at the resorts gets large with long lines. There should also be a bus to take you to Downtown Disney but make sure when you check in about the times that the bus runs to that destination.

    You won't want to be late for this important appointment so you might be better off just asking the bell staff to call for a taxi and take the short trip. It would probably cost less then $10 and you could then take the Disney transportation back to the resort when you are not worried about time. If you choose to call for a taxi yourself it is best to catch it at the front building. The phone number is 407-422-2222.
