Hey there, April. Welcome to
planDisney!
Disney Springs is one of my favorite parts about vacationing at
Walt Disney World. In fact, most evenings you can find me over there enjoying one of the many wonderful restaurants and listening to live music. It's so much fun! I love it so much that I've also stayed nearby at one of the hotels close to Disney Springs many, many times. It's a great location that I think you'll really enjoy too.
Walking to Disney Springs from the area hotels, you'll enter over on the Marketplace side which is near Earl of Sandwich. Then, to get to the bus stop area you'll just continue through Disney Springs a little more than halfway. The bus stop is located in what's called the Landing area which you can
see on the map of Disney Springs that I am linking for you. I would say that if you are walking straight there without stopping to window shop or listening to a tune it is going to take you about another 10 minutes to get over to that area give or take the crowds.
The
watercraft service at Disney Springs will take you to the following locations:
- Disney's Old Key West Resort
- Disney's Saratoga Resort & Spa
- Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside
- Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter
You won't be able to get to a Walt Disney World Theme Park using that service. But, if you'd like to check out those resorts, you can climb onboard from the Disney Springs Marketplace dock and the Disney Springs Landing dock which you can also see on the Disney Springs map.
I hope this helps you plan out your time at Disney Springs a little bit better, April. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to
stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
