    Considering staying at CSR in June 2012. Visited there this weekend to look around. Is the Pepper Market considered quick service? How does the 10% gratuity work with the DDP?

    Hi there Elizabeth,

    I've heard many great things about The Coronado Springs Resort! If you follow this link, it will give a little bit more information about the Disney Dining Plan. As you can see from the file, the Pepper Market restaurant is considered Quick Service dinning and will not count towards the Table Service credits.

    According to the Disney Dinning Plan, gratuity is not included in most cases. Here is the explanation given:

    Gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).
