Welcome back to planDisney, Jessica! As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, I love to see a returning guest planning another Magical vacation.
Jessica, on my family's last trip, we had a "split stay" between three different properties so this question is close to my heart. While some guests find the unpacking, packing and then unpacking again to be cumbersome, I love how "split stays" feel like two vacations in one. Jessica, because every family is different, "worth it" is truly a personal interpretation, but I'll offer up one reason my family loves to experience multiple properties.
When we're planning a trip with more than one
Disney Vacation Club Resort, I like to maximize our location and be strategic with our park visit itinerary. For example, to take advantage of the walking path and
Disney Skyliner, I would plan any days at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios to coincide with your stay at
Disney's BoardWalk Villas and because Disney water transportation is my favorite, I would make sure any days at Magic Kingdom Park are planned for your stay at
Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
We also love dining around the Walt Disney World Resort and "split stays" offer even more options to enjoy new Table-service or quick-service restaurants.
Regardless of your choice in keeping your reservation at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or switching to two new options, I hope you have a Magic trip full of unforgettable memories. Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions.
