Welcome, Melissa!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are happy to hEAR from you!
With three kiddos, we have rented our fair share of
strollers for our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. In fact, this past December was our first trip with the kids where we didn't rent one as our feisty 5-year-old proclaimed she no longer needed one. It would be handy to have a photo for Guests to look at, but I will do my best to describe the Disney ones available. Yes, my kids have napped in them, but they are made from a hard plastic and they do not recline. While there is a sun canopy, there isn't much storage. They work in a bind, but if you believe your 4-year-old will ride more than walk, I suggest renting a more comfortable model from one of Disney's Featured Providers. (There's a list on the link above.) What I also like about renting from an outside company is that we have the stroller even after leaving the parks or Disney Springs. Sure, it's a bit more of a hassle to bring it on the buses and store it in your room, but I still think comfort is key and there is much more storage available with these models.
Have a great time planning the rest of your magical vacation, Melissa, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.
Pixie Dust,
Lauren
