Hello, I considering purchasing memory maker, I'm a little confused as to how it works? Do the people just scan your magic band and then take your picture? What about for rides and character dining, how do you know you will be getting your pictures?

    Hi Samantha!

The Memory Maker technology is truly amazing!  When our ride photos showed up on my account last year, I have to say that my mind was a bit blown:)

When you have a picture taken, the photographer will scan your Magic Band, thus linking that photo to your Memory Maker account.  The same thing happens with character photos.   For the rides, I don't know the exact science behind the technology, but basically, there are RFID scanners near the camera during the rides.  This is how they know who is on which vehicle, and how the ride photo ends up in your account.

It was really fun to have all of our ride photos.  They were not something I would typically buy in the past, so my boys and I came up with poses for the ones we knew where the camera was!  They are some of my favorite photos from our trip.

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you have any others!
