    We are considering an online purchase of an annual pass. Per the website we would receive a certificate we need to exchange for a valid pass. When would the 13 months start? At the purchase date or when we exchanged the certificate at Guest Relations?

    I am thrilled that you and your family are considering Walt Disney World Annual Passes!  There are some great perks that come with these passes.  My favorite is the discount that you can get with many merchandise and dining purchases.  

    Your annual passes become active on your first day of visiting any of the WDW Theme Parks.  Just make sure to have your confirmation number handy as you will need to visit Guest Services to grab your new passes.  You can do this at any of the parks or Disney Springs area.

    Diane's Tip of the Day:  Looking for some great Disney merchandise?  Use the Shop Disney Parks App from your mobile device and find something for the whole family.  I love this app!
