Considering a one way rental car to be returned at the Car Care Center. If we drove straight to that location, would they shuttle us to our resort for check in? Flying home.

    Hi Jaynee,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It’s wonderful to see you again!

I’ll admit it: I’m hopelessly spoiled and often choose to rent a car during my visits to Walt Disney World Resort. I’ve also rented a car with a one-way rental from Orlando International Airport and then dropped it off at the Car Care Center, not because I don’t love Disney’s Magical Express, but rather because I usually do some kind of a grocery shop in order to pick up some breakfast essentials for our vacation.

I’m happy to say that, based on my experience, if you return your rental car to the Car Care Center, you’ll be able to wait for the complimentary Alamo Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental shuttle to take you back to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. I would, however, recommend that you make a pit stop at your Resort and leave most of your luggage there before dropping your car off.

I hope my answer helps you plan a smooth start to your Disney Parks vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
