We are considering Genie for a group of 9 and managing everyone with one app account. Can we select times for more than 1 ride if it is for different people? OR If one person selects a ride, does that lock out others until the window opens?

Hey Nathan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question.

I have to say you are already off to a great start in your planning. I always suggest trying to get your entire party on one account if you plan to purchase Disney Genie+. This makes everything so much more convenient! You will be able to select separate attractions for individuals if the party doesn't all want to go on the same attraction. You will simply follow the prompts to select your next Lightning Lane attraction and it will ask you to check the box for each ticket that you want to make a selection for and then choose the attraction. Just remember you will not be able to make your next selection for Lightning Lanes until everyone has used their Lightning Lane selection or two hours have passed, whichever comes first.

My tip is to set an alarm if you need to wait two hours so you don't forget. It's easy to do when you are hopping around between attractions and snacks! Speaking of snacks, I just tried the Peanut Butter Square for the first time and I'm counting down the days until I'm in the parks to grab one again. I found it in the Downtown Disney District at Marceline's Confectionary, but I believe they can be found at Pooh's Corner and Candy Palace as well.

Nathan, thanks again for bringing us your Disney Genie+ question. You've got a friend in us if you have any other questions!

You'll find us in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can fit in! I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
