My family and I have transferred to different
Resort hotels many times. It's a very simple process. Depending on where you are staying, on the day of your check out, you will either call Luggage Assistance (Value Resort hotels) or Bell Services (Moderate and Deluxe Resort hotels). A Cast Member will come to your room, together you will count your bags, and then you will be presented with a claim check.
When you check-in at your new Resort hotel room, you will call Luggage Assistance or Bell Services and give them the claim check number. A Cast Member will then bring your bags to you.
Your luggage will be unavailable during the transfer to the new Resort hotel so be sure you have everything you need with you on the day of your transfer. When we have changed Resort hotels in the past, our bags were typically delivered between 1:00-4:00 PM.
We love transferring to different Resort hotels. It's fun to see the different views or amenities that make each Resort hotel unique and magical.
