Hello! I am considering either having groceries delivered to my room or having a package delivered. Which would you recommend and are there any fees for doing either?

Hello Krystin. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. My family orders groceries each time we vacation at Walt Disney World. We normally order bottled water as well as breakfast and snack items. We find it very convenient for the kids eat breakfast while my husband and I get ready for the day. This means more times in the Parks for us which is always a win! We use gardengrocer.com and have been pleased with them each and every time. We prefer this local delivery service over having groceries shipped to our resort because we are able to designate a specific day and approximate time to have these items delivered. There are delivery fees as well as a minimum order requirement. You can find this information on their website. If they deliver your items before your arrival and you are staying on property, bell services will typically store these items for you. Once you arrive, you may then retrieve your items from bell services.

    Happy planning, Krystin!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
