We are considering going to Disneyland in December for 3 days. We have never been to the park and are not sure what tickets to get. Should we get park hopper passes or are the 1 park tickets fine? Thanks!

    Hi Heather!
A trip to Disneyland in December will be a Magical experience, especially if you've never visited the Happiest Place on Earth!
You'll be welcomed by beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the resort, a gorgeous 60 ft. Christmas Tree in the middle of Town Square and fabulous Holiday-themed attractions & food offerings!
I usually recommend that folks visiting the Disneyland Resort for the first time spend three days at the Parks.
    Here's what I would do:
    * Day 1– Single Park Ticket. Visit Disneyland.
Allow yourself to be immersed in Walt Disney's Magic. Disneyland was Walt's original Park to open in 1955 and it offers plenty of original and iconic attractions. Make sure you purchase Mickey Ears for unforgettable Park memories as Disney PhotoPass Photographers will be happy to capture your smiles in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle, Town Square and many other gorgeous settings. I would definitely book a Fantasmic! dining package so you can enjoy a delicious meal and receive preferred viewing vouchers for the nighttime spectacular!
    * Day 2 – Single Park Ticket. Visit Disney California Adventure.
Across the way from Disneyland is this awesome Park with a cool California vibe. Here you can enjoy the Flavors of the Holidays with entertainment and food from around the world. There are incredible thrill rides and my favorite, the World of Color Dessert Party, a celebration of tasty sweet treats and sparkling beverages with a fabulous view of World of Color from the comfort of your dessert table seat!
*Day 3– Single Day Park HOPPER Ticket. Visit both Parks!
On the third day, give yourself a chance to enjoy attractions and experiences you didn't do during the two previous days. Day three also allows you to go back and get those souvenirs you thought about buying during your first visit but didn't!
    I hope this helps.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
    Have a Magical Time!
