Welcome back to planDisney, Jesse!
We hope that you’re having a wonderful time dreaming about your potential upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! I absolutely LOVE spending time at Disney World during the spookiest time of the year. Halloween is WAY more fantastical when spent at Disney World — especially at Magic Kingdom!
Last year,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party started on August 9th. We will most likely see similar dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. I would guess that Halloween decor will go up around Magic Kingdom in early August. Happily Ever After, the fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, will most likely remain the same throughout the fall months. On select nights that host Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, fireworks will be available to Guests that are attending the party. Those fireworks will be Halloween-themed. If you are wanting to experience Halloween-themed fireworks in August or September, I recommend getting a ticket to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Not only will you see some spooktacular fireworks, you’ll also be able to meet special characters, see THE BEST parade in Magic Kingdom, and trick-or-treat around the theme park! This is one of my favorite parties offered at Disney World!
I recommend watching the
Disney Parks Blog over the next few weeks as we usually start hearing about Halloween offerings around this time. I hope we get some spooky news soon!
If you have additional questions for us we hope you’ll hurry back to planDisney soon!
