Hi Marcy,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
A trip to Walt Disney World with stops at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park sounds like one amazingly magical vacation. My thinking about visiting both water parks on the same day is that you'll want to keep in mind their operating hours. The water parks typically close at 5 p.m. ET or 6 p.m. ET. You can check the scheduled hours on the
online Park Hours calendar for the day you're planning to visit. You can also use
My Disney Experience Mobile App to check park hours. You'll also want to keep in mind getting around between the water parks. If you are using Walt Disney World bus transportation, you'll want to build travel time into your plans to visit both in the same afternoon. If you purchase a 1-day water park ticket, you can go between both water parks as you please if they are both open. I think the question you'll want to consider is when you'll arrive and how much time you'll want to spend at each water park. If you are arriving in the afternoon, you might prefer to spend your time at one of the water parks rather than try to do both in the same afternoon. If you do want to take the double dip and experience both water parks,
take a look at the attractions at each park — both the thrilling and the chilling — to plan your perfect splash and dash day.
Have fun at your Walt Disney World vacation, Marcy!
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
