Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Erin. We just love when you stop by!
The
Disney Dining Plan is a must-do for my family when we're visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth." We've found it to be super convenient and flexible. As a mom of three, I need all the convenience and flexibility I can get! We also appreciate the Disney Dining Plan for its incredible value.
If you purchase the Disney Dining Plan as part of your
Disney Resort Hotel Package, each member of your family will receive one Quick-Service meal, one Table-Service meal, and one Snack per day, each night of your package stay. Additionally, you'll all receive a refillable drink mug that can be used throughout your stay at any self-service beverage island found at all Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service dining locations! Guests between the ages of 3 and 9-years old are expected to order from a children's menu, where available. There is no differentiation between Snack eligible items for children and adults, though, so those entitlements are simply pooled together and can be redeemed in any order during your stay. That's to say, you could use
all your family's shared Snack entitlements at the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival in a single day!
Since you'll be traveling with
little ones in tow, I highly recommend booking a few
Character Dining Experiences. I love these meals because I know my family will enjoy delicious food AND the fabulous company of beloved Disney Characters, all in one place! As an added bonus, Character Dining Experiences are an exceptionally great value on the Disney Dining Plan. My family's favorites include Chef Mickey's, Tusker House Restaurant, The Crystal Palace, and Hollywood & Vine.
I hope this was helpful, Erin. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
