I am considering the Dining Plan (with one table service) for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We are interested in doing character meals, could anyone explain how this would work? Do character meals use more than one table service credit?

    Hi Melina,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family enjoys the value of the Disney Dining Plan, especially when we have booked Character Dining Experiences or Signature Dining. We also love having the option of different Plans since during each of our visits we like to try new Restaurants, so it's great to find a Plan that fits with those particular Dining Experiences.

The only Character Dining Experience that uses more than one (1)Table-Service meal entitlement is Fairytale Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom Park. Two (2) Table-Service Meals credits per person are redeemed when Dining at this location. For all other Character Dining Experiences only one (1) Table-Service meal entitlement per each person Dining will be redeemed from your meal plan
    balance.

I hope this information helps. Please visit us again if you have any additional vacation planning questions. Enjoy your visit Melina!
