Oh boy, Stephen! I'm so thrilled you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth on your mind! It's usually what I have on my mind, too. Sounds like you're considering a frightfully fun time at the Disneyland Resort during one of my favorite times of year -
Halloween Time!
Thank you so much for your question, Stephen. Within the date range you mentioned,
Oogie Boogie Bash will be happening October 26, 28, and 31. More spooktacular details for Oogie Boogie Bash can be found on the
Disneyland website. As for Fantasmic!, we don't quite know when Mickey Mouse will be battling evil on the Rivers of America as the entertainment schedule hasn't been released yet for your particular dates. I encourage you to check the
Daily Events Schedule on the Disneyland website six weeks prior to your visit, under "Fireworks & Nighttime Entertainment," for the most current information and to see which dates Fantasmic! may be occurring during your visit. Make sure your particular date is selected from the "Change Date" at the top.
That said, it's important to know that the schedule can change at any time.
If you're looking for a good standby viewing spot for Fantasmic!, steal my strategy: During the 9:30pm fireworks show (catch the projections over Rivers of America!) hover around
Stage Door Cafe or
Harbour Galley and immediately after the fireworks are over, swoop in to take over spots left by Guests from the first Fantasmic! show.
Then while you're waiting for the show to begin, take a sit-down on the little travel blanket you brought (because your
planDisney pal recommended it!) and enjoy the Chocolate Chip Cookies you just picked up via Mobile Order from Harbour Galley. Although menus are always subject to change, if the warm Chocolate Chip Cookies are on the menu, I'm getting them. They are one of my new favorite Disneyland treats!
I'm also happy to share that you can change your park reservation dates at any time, Stephen, if there is availability. So, feel free to book your visit and make park reservations now, and then after the entertainment schedule is released for your particular dates, you should be able to modify your park reservations, if needed. You can do this in either the
Disneyland app (from the ☰, select "Park Reservations" under Plan My Next Visit) or on
the Disneyland website.
I hope this information has been helpful to you, Stephen, and you'll be having a ghoulishly good time in Disneyland soon! If any other planning questions come up as you're preparing for your upcoming visit,
you know where to find us!
Magic awaits,
McCayla
