Considering we have 3 children [ ages 5 (girl), 9 and 13 (boys)] which restaurants would be most enjoyable? Also, recommend lunch or dinner.

I can assure you, Lin, that almost every restaurant at Walt Disney World was created with kids in mind.  That said, some certainly stand out from the others as family favorites.  Based on the ages and genders of your children, I would suggest the following:

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater - your kids will really enjoy sitting in a "parked car" and watching old movie clips while they dine on American favorites like burgers and fries.

'Ohana - my kids (ages 17,14,12 and 5) really like 'Ohana not only for its Polynesian-inspired menu of skewered meats and stir-fried veggies, but also for the fun games that take place in the dining room (think hula hoops!).

Whispering Canyon Cafe - famous for its bottomless milkshakes and all-you-care-to-enjoy skillet, this Wilderness Lodge restaurant also offers some dining room shenanigans.  I don't want to ruin the surprise, but rest assured that if you're kids are outgoing at all, they will enjoy the antics.

Teppan Edo - this one is a family favorite for us.  We enjoy watching the chef prepare our meal right in front of our eyes at the huge grill in the center of the table.  Menu items are very comfortable for non-adventurous eaters.

Hopefully one of those will be perfectly suited for your family.  Enjoy!
