Hi! I am considering buying annual passes for one of grown children that lives in Atlanta. I am a Florida Resident. For the people you buy passes for, do they have to be Florida residents to use the annual pass that was gifted to them?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Susan ~

I can't think of a more magical gift than an Annual Pass to the Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, Disney is making it easier than ever to Give the Gift of a Disney Vacation. You can purchase tickets (theme park, water park, and special event tickets), vacation packages, and Disney Gift Cards online as gifts. With the holidays coming up, this would a fun and convenient way for you to do all of your holiday shopping.

You are more than welcome to buy an Annual Pass for your grown children that live in Atlanta. Just keep in mind that all adults who will use Florida resident tickets or Annual Passes will need to show proof of Florida residency at a theme park or water park ticket window, or at any Guest Relations location, prior to first use. Pass certificates can be exchanged for valid passes at the same locations. The link I've provided above will give you all of the details of what is required to provide proof of Florida residency.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
