Kristen, welcome to planDisney. Thank you for swinging by with your question. The benefits of having the magic continue all year don't stop at entering the parks.
As an
Annual Passholder, you can enter the parks all year long. Living out of state the Incredi-Pass is the option available, with it you have no blackout dates and can make multiple park reservations for your stay. In addition to visiting, there are sometimes benefits and discounts that are hard to ignore. These
Special Offers come and go but be sure to take advantage of them while they are around. Even if you have not activated your annual pass you will be able to apply the discounts for your stay. Actually anytime even without the passholder benefits you can call in and apply any current offers to your stay. When I spoke with a cast member they just advised that you need to have activated your annual pass before checking in to your resort to make sure you aren't charged the regular room rate.
Becoming a Passholder was always a bucket list item for me and I have a bunch of tips for visiting. The start is when you are walking in there is a separate entrance for passholders, another one of my favorites is making sure you use your discount when you are thirsty. Yup, that's right you can walk into a retail location and quench your thirst. Most retail locations have a little refrigerated drink section. Instead of waiting on line at a food location for a drink, you can get a discount on a similar bottled drink with your annual pass. You can also get discounts on other items in those same stores. One of my favorite places in the
Magic Kingdom Park to shop is the
Emporium. It is almost the entire length of Main Street U.S.A. I love shopping, and even more when it is Disney-related.
I hope this information is helpful in deciding to become a passholder. If you have any questions please visit us again at planDisney.com and we will be happy to help.
Have a magical day,
Jeremy A.
