I am considering booking at a value resort for dates May 30th- June 3rd. What is the best value resort to stay at? Our kids ages are 12 and 8. I am expecting and we decided to go on a last minute trip. I prefer something close to a bus stop and pool area.

    Hello, Ashley,

How exciting that you are planning a last-minute trip to Walt Disney World!  All of the Value Resorts offer similar amenities and experiences, so it may really come down to a combination of availability and theme preferences.  Since you'd like a room that is close to a bus stop and main pool area, you may want to book a Preferred Room.

I can share with you that if I were selecting a Value Resort, I really like the theming of Disney's Art of Animation Resort and its amazing pool (it's the largest resort pool on property!). However, the only standard rooms are in The Little Mermaid buildings which are not close to a bus stop. The rest of the rooms at the resort are family suites, which are lovely and have lots of extra space (including 2 bathrooms).

I'd suggest you do a search for availability of the Value Resorts to first see what your actual choices would be and then look over the pictures of the resorts to see which your family would prefer. If we can help with any further questions, please let us know.  -Kara
