Hi, we are considering booking a one bedroom villa at fort wilderness this year and I'm a little confused. Do I need to bring my own towels, or are they provided like in the hotel portion of the resort? Also, is there basic maid service?

    Hi Christina,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I believe that you are considering at stay at The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. This is a beautiful resort, with a comfortable Pacific Northwest feel.

When you stay in a Disney Vacation Club resort villa, when you arrive, your room is Disney-clean and stocked just like a typical hotel room would be. You will find clean towels and linens, and basic toiletries will be supplied.

If you book your stay through Disney using a traditional payment method such as a credit card or cash, you will receive daily housekeeping in a villa just like you would at any Disney resort hotel. You can inquire about making this type of reservation by calling 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639).

If you book through Disney Vacation Club, rather than daily housekeeping, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your stay for a stay less than seven nights. Trash and towel service includes removal of trash and replacement of linens. If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can make this type of reservation by calling Disney Vacation Club member services at 1-800-800-9800 or by visiting the Disney Vacation Club website and logging in as a member.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Christina! Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
