We are considering booking a cruise in January (mid). My daughter turns 3 on the 19th. If we sail before the 19th, even though it is only a few days before her birthday, will she be able to participate in the 3 year old activities?

    Hi, Jeff!

Since your daughter is on the heels of turning three, you most likely will need to register her by the age she is on Embarkation Day. Then, once you're on board, you can visit the Oceaneers Club and ask the counselors for her to be registered there. If she is fully bathroom-trained and can easily adjust to being in there with the "big kids," I'm sure that they will want her where she is most comfortable.

Yet, to be on the safe side, I would make reservations for her in the nursery for any adult-only experiences you wish to reserve such as spa visits, active shore excursions or Palo. You can always cancel your nursery reservations without penalty with 12 hours advanced notice.

I hope that helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
