I am considering the BoardWalk Inn Resort and noticed they say there is a walkway to Epcot and Hollywood Parks. How long of a walk are each walkway?

    Hi Margaret.

Disney's BoardWalk Inn is a fabulous resort to consider staying at. I've stayed there several times, along with Beach Club and Yacht Club which are also in the same area. The BoardWalk Area's convenient location near both Epcot and Hollywood Studios, along with the beauty of the area and its night life, make it really another world within the Walt Disney World Resort!

The walk to Epcot's International Gateway from the BoardWalk Inn is about half a mile. There is also a Friendship Boat launch to get you there without the walk! This can come in handy at the end of a long day.

Hollywood Studios is a bit further, about a full mile. It's a really pleasant walk if you're up for it - otherwise, the Friendship Boat traveling in the opposite direction will get you there.

If you have any further questions about Disney's BoardWalk, neighbouring resorts or dining and entertainment in the area, please feel free to write me back Margaret! I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time as you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation!
