Hi, considering the advance purchase memory maker. We will need to collect the pass once we have arrived in Orlando, am I able to turn up at any ticket desk at any time to collect? How does it work? Also, are there any other extra charges except the $149?

    Hello Kimberley,
I had the pleasure of using Memory Maker during my trip to Walt Disney World Resort last December; it's a brilliant way to ensure that everyone is in the picture - every time!
Purchasing Memory Maker at least 3 days in advance of using it will absolutely save you $50 off the full price of $199; making it quite a snap happy deal!
Collection of your Memory Maker is easy from any Walt Disney World Resort Ticket location; you will need to present the credit card that you made the purchase with, the purchase confirmation number and a form of iD.
Because Memory Maker is totally digital there are no extra prints to buy, although you may wish to purchase an extension for your online access from 45 to 60 days from when the photographs were taken.
If I can be of any further help to you in planning your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please don't hesitate to come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
