Girls in Princess Costumes

    Would these be considered costumes? Rapunzel with a corset type top & purple skirt; on Dapper Day we're doing a 1920s Flapper Tiana & Charlotte. We're bigger girls as well so wont be mistaken for face characters

    Hey there, Miya! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for bringing us this great question! Rapunzel and Tiana are two of my favorite gals. You have a dream, you have a dream! Let me dig a little deeper into the costume guidelines for the Disneyland Resort.

    Usually mother knows best but in this case I asked my friends on the other side, and they informed me the Disneyland website has a great set of FAQs you can review about dress code for park days and special events. Relevant to your creative and dapper ideas, the FAQs state that “Guests may dress as their favorite character but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests.” It also states “costumes must be family-friendly” and “costumes may not reach or drag on the ground.” I recommend browsing through the full FAQs so you can get a sense of what will be appropriate for the looks you’re trying to achieve!
