    We considered bus to MK, but read that there are often multiple pickup stops within the CBR, which complicate and add time to the ride. True? Just imagining the endless bus ride with a carsick kid! :)

    Hi, Christine!   What makes Caribbean Beach such a beautiful resort is how spread out it is, the colorful buildings, the 9 swimming pools, and the huge lake - Barefoot Bay.    The size of this resort is also what can make it somewhat inconvenient when you have small kids!  (And, yes, I have had a carsick kid on the bus, NOT fun!  I now always carry plastic grocery bags in my backpack JUST in case!)

    But back to your issue - The bus stops.  You are correct, bus will stop at multiple stops before leaving for its final destination.  The positive in this is that the bus does not stop at any other resorts, so once you lap your resort, you go straight to the parks.  I checked with the Unofficial Guide for their estimated commute times to Magic Kingdom, and they say going by car is about 37 - 47 minutes (this includes tram/monorail time) and by bus 30 - 42 minutes.

    I think you mentioned you will have your own car, and maybe this will work better for you!  The time isn't that big of a difference, it just depends on if you want to spend your travel time on the bus or using the tram/monorail from the parking lot.  Either way will get you where you need to be.  And, since you are staying on property, parking is free at the theme parks.  I hope I didn't make all this more complicated than it really is!   Just have fun and allow plenty of travel time however you travel to avoid rushing!
