What would you consider "essentials" to pack and buy for your Disney trip?

    Hi:

The good news is that there are few "must haves" that you can't find on Disney World property should you forget something. But here are some helpful tips on what to pack:
    • Comfortable shoes. The number one tip - bar none. There is so much walking and activity at Disney World that you don't want to be in anything but comfortable shoes.
    • Sunscreen. You don't want to ruin your stay by getting a sunburn.
    • Rain Poncho. The weather in Florida can be interesting. It can rain suddenly and heavily for an hour or two and then clear up the rest of the day. I would be prepared to have your ponchos ready for any unexpected storm. While you can purchase a poncho on property, they are usually cheaper when bought at home and are easy to transport.
    • Appropriate clothing for hot, warm, and cool temperatures. The weather can change suddenly in Florida.
    • A small backpack, purse, or tote.
    • Sunglasses.
    • Bathing suits.
    • Identification.
    Enjoy your vacation.
