Are there connecting rooms at all star music preferred sections? Also, is there any construction going on at this resort?

Hello Deane! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I remember staying at Disney's All-Star Music Resort for the first time on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation without my parents. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

There are connecting rooms with an internal door for a few select Preferred-level rooms at Disney's All-Star Music Resort. You can request a connecting room when using the Online Resort Check-In Service up to 60 days in advance of your vacation or by contacting Guest Services at Disney's All-Star Music Resort at (407)939-6000 a couple of days before you arrive.

The inclusion of Family Suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resorts were done on the already connecting rooms, meaning there are fewer connecting rooms available.

All of Disney's All-Star Resort Hotels have been scheduled to receive a "soft goods" refurbishment in recent months. Currently, refurbishments at Disney's All-Star Movies is underway to be followed by Disney's All-Star Movies. I cannot give a detailed account of when you can expect these refurbishments to conclude, but stay posted to the Disney Parks Blog for any updates.

"Soft Goods" Refurbishments are all internal, follow strict quiet times and should not have a large impact on your stay in terms of noise.

    Have a Magical Visit!
