Bella from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I've connected a ticket to my disney account, but me and my friends are going down as a group. We now want all our tickets on one account. How can I remove the ticket from my account so she can put it on her's?

Hi Bella!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How fun that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a group of friends!  My Disney Experience makes it easy for you to plan together as a group while still keeping your ticket linked to your own account.

You and your friends will want to connect in My Disney Experience.  To do this, log in to your account and go to your "Family & Friends List".  Scroll down to find "Add a Guest".  Enter their name and age, and choose the option to "Invite this Guest to connect" if you are using the My Disney Experience website, or "Share planning with this Guest" if you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app.   You will then be prompted to enter your friend's email address to invite them to connect with you.  Be sure to use the same email address that your friend used to set up their Disney account.  Once the invitation is accepted, you'll be all set and can plan your trip together and easily make reservations and FastPass+ selections.

Bella, if you have any additional questions as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please feel free to visit the Moms Panel again anytime.  We are always happy to help.  If you are having trouble connecting your accounts, give the My Disney Experience help line a call at (407) 939-4357.

    Have a wonderful trip!
