Heigh-Ho James
Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests happy to help our Fellow Guests with their curiouser and curiouser and curiouser vacation planning questions. Your My Disney Experience profile and
mobile app are your vacation hub. Here Guests can locate their Resort Reservation, purchase and modify their Walt Disney World tickets, make and see their Disney Park Pass Reservation, create a
Family & Friends list, learn about the
Disney MagicMobile service and gain more information about the new
Disney Genie, Disney Genie+ and
Lightning Lane options. And that is just a small bit of what you can do, become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience before your arrival and if you have any further questions we are hEAR to help.
While I am not privy to any information about your account, I have a feeling the reason your wife isn't showing up under the reservation is because you need to create a profile for her. Guests can either have their own My Disney Experience profile that they can create themselves and thus you will need to request she join your Family & Friends List or you can add her as a Guest by which you manage and plan for this Guest. This can all be done online in your My Disney Experience profile. Because the both of you will be traveling together I suggest adding her as a Guest in which you will manage and plan. First, sign in to your My Disney Experience Profile and select the
My Family & Friends tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose
Add a Guest. Because she is not in your list select,
I'll enter their name and age. Follow all prompts until completed. Next, head back to your Resort Reservation and proceed to follow the prompts to add your wife. If she is still not showing it is time to call a Cast Member with some tech-savvy experience at (407) 934-7639. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is best to call early.
I hope this has helped and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
