Hi Erica,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Your trip is coming up very soon, have you started the countdown yet?
Erica, if you don’t have a confirmation number, I suggest reaching out to the
Existing Tickets help desk so they can help you locate it. Typically, even when my tickets are linked, I keep my confirmation number just in case because you never know if you’ll need it again to look something up.
One cool aspect of My Disney Experience online is that if you booked your tickets through your account, they will automatically be added to your
My Disney Experience mobile app! To check, you’ll want to sign into the app, then select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next select the box titled “Tickets and Passes” and in this section you’d (hopefully) see your tickets. If the tickets aren’t showing up here, Hakuna Matata! Once the Cast Member locates your confirmation number, you’ll just select the “+” in this section, then select “Link Tickets & Passes” and enter the number.
Once you have your confirmation or you see the tickets are already linked. You’ll want to secure your
Disney Park Pass reservations! At this time both Disney Park Pass reservations and valid tickets are needed for each person in your party, each time you enter the Theme Parks. Since your trip is soon, you’ll want to book them as soon as your tickets in your account.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
