Hi there, Mark! I’m honored to welcome you to planDisney!
Aaahh, you have a Disney cruise coming up in just a few days! I’m absolutely excited for you! This is such an exciting week as you complete preparations for your cruise. I know that part of that preparation is thinking about any devices you’re going to pack with you, and how you will connect them on board. To help with that, I would be happy to share more about the Wireless Internet Access on board your cruise.
Disney Cruise Line offers two different purchase options for
Wireless Internet Access on board. They are the Internet Package and the Internet + Streaming Package. Prices vary by the package you choose, the number of days you purchase it for, and the number of devices being connected. Please note that prices are always subject to change. The prices start as follows:
- Internet Package: starting from $27 for a 24-hour package or starting at $24 per day for a multi-day package (varies by length of cruise)
- Internet + Streaming Package: starting from $36 for a 24-hour package or starting at $30 per day for a multi-day package (varies by length of cruise)
To purchase Wireless Internet Access on board, you will click “Connect to Internet” in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, where you will be taken to an external browser where you can purchase the Wi-Fi plan you would like.
Besides the purchased Wireless Internet Access on board, there is also complimentary access to the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, which includes many features such as viewing your "Daily Plans", a chat feature, and Stateroom Streaming, which allows you to stream Disney television shows and movies from your stateroom onto the app. The Stateroom Streaming is my favorite part and what I use to watch Disney movies during my morning workout in the Fitness Center!
Mark, I hope that I offered guidance to get you connected on board. I wish you magical memories on board your cruise! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.
Seas the Adventure,
Rana
