Hi Jessica! Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’re here!
If you ask me, it's always a good time to visit Walt Disney World! But, I must say, you have picked such an awesome time to experience the magic. Not only does your vacation line up with Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, but you'll also have the opportunity to attend the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. How lucky are you?! Of course, we all know about the incredible cuisine from the Global Marketplaces, but did you know there are also some fantastic live performances scheduled as a part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series? You won't be able to stop those dancing feet from movin' and groovin', but who would want to?! Be sure to check out the concert schedule on your My Disney Experience to ensure you don't miss out on the fun!
Ok, let’s get to your question before I go on for too long about this incredible festival! Linking your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account is as easy as can be! All you’ll need to do is follow the simple steps I’ve broken down for you below:
- Start by logging into your My Disney Experience mobile app.
- Open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner.
- Next, Select the “Future Plans” tile, scroll down and click “Link to Account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Toggle over to “Type ID” and look for the “Resort Reservation” section.
- From there, enter the confirmation number from the email you would have received at the time of booking, the last name on your reservation, and click on “Link Resort.”
- Then, follow the prompt, and you’re all set!
See, I told you that was easy!
While I have you, Jessica, I just wanted to remind you to make your Park Pass Reservations ahead of your visit. A reservation is required to enter the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have decided to add the park hopper option to your ticket, you will be able to hop over to any other theme park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. Some parks do get booked up rather quickly, so I recommend making your Park Pass Reservations as early as possible. I would hate for you not to be able to visit all the parks on your bucket list!
I know there is a lot to consider when planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! Please do visit us again soon with any other questions you may have!
See you real soon!
