Hello Donna, and welcome to planDisney!
I am so glad that you have stopped by today with a great planning question. I can help you connect your reservation before you can say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
The easiest way to connect your reservations and tickets is using My Disney Experience online with a computer or laptop. You will need to log into your account or create one if you have not done so already. You will select
My Plans under the
My Disney Experience tab. You will see the dashboard with 5 options to add to your plans. They are
Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and
Dining. You will eventually use each of these to make or verify your plans.
To add your reservation for a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, hover over the
Resort Hotel button and click
Link a Reservation. Here you will enter your
Confirmation Number and the Last Name on the reservation and click Next. Your reservation is now linked to your plans. If you have a vacation package that includes your room and tickets, the same Confirmation Number can be used to link your tickets to everyone in your travel party. Hover over the
Park Tickets and select
Link Tickets. Enter the same Confirmation Number in the space provided and click next to assign tickets to everyone in your group and confirm your assignment.
All Guests visiting a Disney Theme Park need a valid admission ticket and a
Park Pass Reservation for each day they plan to visit a park. All parks have limited capacity due to the phased reopening and for the health and safety of all Guests and Cast Members. I recommend making your reservation as soon as you have linked your tickets. You can make a reservation by hovering over the
Park Reservations button and clicking on
Make a Reservation. I recommend that you review the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure your desired parks are available on the days you want to visit them. Once you are ready to make your selection, click on
Make a Park Reservation. Select the members of your party and then choose the date and park you are planning to visit and click confirm. Repeat this process for each day that you will be entering a Theme Park.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you run into any technical difficulties, you may need to reach out to a Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
