My Disney Experience account, you should be able to view your confirmation number listed in the “
My Plans” section under the name of your Disney Resort hotel that you will be staying at. No worries, if you haven’t linked it, I can still help you!
The first thing I recommend doing is searching the email inbox of the person who made the reservation. You should have received an email from “Disney Destinations” or “Walt Disney Travel Company” around the date you made the reservation. This email will include; the itinerary of your stay, total cost, payments made, and your confirmation number. If you are still unable to find this information, don’t freight, a Cast Member will be able to assist you. All you need to do is call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line so that a Cast Member can gather that information for you.
Once you have your existing reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account, I recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience mobile app. It’s the perfect tool to help you manage your vacation on your mobile device. You will be able to view your daily itinerary,
manage your theme park reservations, view park maps, current wait times, and even
mobile order meals once you arrive!
