Hi Paula, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! Let’s hope that Wreck-It Ralph didn’t break the internet and mess up access to your
Disney Vacation Club membership. Let’s see what we can do to get your account connected!
If by connecting accounts you mean connecting your DVC membership with your MyDisney account, when you sign up for DVC, you’ll receive separate e-mails from DVC that contain an activation code and your
Club ID. When you have that information, you should be able to set up your DVC membership with the same login information you use across other Disney platforms. Getting your DVC membership connected with your
My Disney Experience account is important for enjoying Member benefits such as merchandise and dining discounts as well as access to the Member lounges.
If by connecting accounts you mean giving access to additional individuals to make DVC bookings under your membership, such as
additional purchasers or associate members, you’ll want to contact Member Services to get those individuals access. Alternatively for an Associate, you can also add them manually on the
DVC website under the “
My Profile” section.
In any case, it may be helpful to
contact Member Services if you have any technical issues in accessing your membership on the DVC website. Besides vacation planning assistance and answering questions about using your membership, Member Services can also provide technical assistance regarding using the website.
Connecting accounts can mean many things when we’re talking about DVC so I’ve listed out a couple options. By all means if this is not what you meant, please feel free to follow up with another question so we can get everything straightened out! I’m also providing a link to the
Frequently Asked Questions page of the DVC website for additional resources for you. Paula, if you have any additional questions on getting the most out of your DVC membership, please do not hesitate to
contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Sean
