Hi Anna,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!
Disneyland Resort offers accommodations for guests with disabilities. This service is called
Disability Access Services (DAS). Guests can register for Disability Access Services before their visit by speaking with a Cast Member via
Live Chat who can explain the benefits of DAS and the services available. Guests can also register for DAS in the theme parks at the following locations - City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or Guest Information.
For your question Anna, I recommend contacting the
Disabilities Services line for more information. The friendly Cast Members on this line can provide more clarity on whether your request qualifies for DAS, and also help get the process started! Guests can register for DAS up to 2 days before the visit date, but I recommend following up earlier to be sure that DAS is all set up before your visit.
If you have further questions regarding the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
