So confused about the whole booking process if i plan to book from the UK with a travel agent to include flight, hotel and admission by choosing a resort hotel via the agent does it guarantee that i can get in on those days or do i have to that separately

Welcome to planDisney, Peter. Thank you for bringing your question to me, and I hope to be able to clear up any confusion. Sometimes when first thinking about planning a Walt Disney World adventure, it can feel overwhelming, but the help and tips available turn that job that must be done into an element of fun!

Usually, my first planning step for our Walt Disney World trips is setting a budget - you can be as extravagant or budget conscious as you like at Disney, and having a number in mind helps focus your search. I then think about which Disney Resort hotel will work best for us - transport options and amenities available all come into play here. Then I speak with one of the Disney Experts who have always helped me get the most out of my holidays.

If booking with a travel agent, they will have their own unique process, but I'm sure they will help secure your desired Disney Resort hotel. Did you know the Walt Disney World Travel Company also offers wonderful direct deals, including flights? They have ATOL protection too, ensuring any money paid for an air-inclusive holiday package is safe.

To enter any of the Walt Disney World Parks, at the moment, you need a valid ticket and Theme Park Reservation. Staying in a Disney Resort hotel does not guarantee availability. In my experience, however, by making Theme Park Reservations early, I have always secured the day and date I wanted. Indeed I can see plenty of availability in the upcoming months. In addition, the Magic Ticket from the U.K. includes Park Hopper, which means you can access any Disney Park after 2 p.m. This access process remains the same despite your booking agent. Please know that as a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you can use Early Theme Park Entry Hours. It's a perk worth using as it's usually a much quieter time with shorter wait times for rides.

Once your booking is completed,  My Disney Experience access will help you plan anything further. You can link your reservation here and see all your future plans. My clever fellow panelists, Elaine and Jonathon, recently made an informative feature on first-time trips to Walt Disney World - it's a super useful viewing.

Peter, please do pop back with more questions or if I can help with anything else on your Walt Disney World adventure. I would love to help make your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth truly magical! Louise
