Hi Zoe!
Welcome to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and it's always worth double-checking the fine details because things can often change at Walt Disney World.
You will be pleased to know that park reservations are no longer required when using our
14-day Magic Tickets. This is great news as it allows us to be more spontaneous with our daily plans. I'm happy to say that park hopping is included with our Magic Tickets so we can go from park to park as much as we want (subject to capacity).
There is more good news as our 14-Day Magic Tickets can now be used over a period of 18 days from your start date, and do not have to be used on consecutive days. This is very useful if you don't plan to visit theme parks every day, but intend to slot in a few quieter days, at the pool or shopping at Disney Springs.
Our UK-exclusive Magic Tickets remain excellent value (compared with buying single-day tickets at the theme parks).
Memory Maker is also included which will provide unlimited free downloads of all the photos taken by PhotoPass photographers around the parks, and those surprising photos on some of the rides!
Disney water park admission is another benefit of our 14-Day Magic Tickets giving us entry to
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach, subject to seasonal opening and whichever is open at the time of your visit. It's worth knowing that visiting a water park does not use up one of our 14 days (as long as we are not visiting a theme park on the same day). Occasionally I have seen the PhotoPass Photographers at the water parks, wading through the lazy river (
Castaway Creek) at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, and capturing some fantastic photos in the Surf Pool!
Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions, and
you can send me a direct question if you wish. Your holiday is just around the corner, and we are happy to help you plan your magical trip to Walt Disney World!
Sue
