Welcome back, Sharon!
I'm happy to answer another question for you, and I hope I can clear up any confusion. Since most of the attraction queues are ECV friendly, you will be able to use your unit until you reach the attraction loading area. Some attractions will allow you to remain in your ECV while others require you to transfer to an attraction vehicle to experience the attraction. However, due to the queue design or limited loading space, there are a few attractions where an ECV must be parked outside of the attraction, and you must transfer to a wheelchair before entering the queue.
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin is an attraction where you will need to use a provided wheelchair. On a recent visit, my mom had to park her ECV. The Cast Member at the attraction entrance directed us to the ECV parking area where we obtained a wheelchair. My mom used the wheelchair until it was our turn to experience the attraction. Since she is somewhat ambulatory, she did not need the accessible ride vehicle and boarded a regular one. When we finished the attraction, the wheelchair was waiting for her so she could exit the attraction and return to the designated ECV parking area to transfer back to her ECV. It may sound a little confusing, but Cast Members are readily available to answer any questions you may have or assist you in obtaining a wheelchair.
You can find a list of attractions for each of the access categories on the
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities page. I hope this clears up any confusion, and you can focus on having a magical adventure! Please let me know if you have other questions! I'm hEAR to help!
