I am confused about where to stay. I am traveling with my husband and stepdaughter age 8. It would be her first time going to Disney and I am not sure what would be the best moderate priced resort to stay at. Any suggestions?

I would recommend Caribbean Beach Resort.  It has a pirate pool and don't miss Parrot Cay Island.  The Resort is colorful and has the laid back caribbean feel.  It's at times full of life and activity and then equally can be extremely relaxing.  My Kids love to rent bikes and ride around the 'island' of the resort.  Old Port Royale has a kids meal in a bucket with a shovel.  We pick up a meal when we first arrive.  We use the buckets to make sand castles later.   If Caribbean isn't your style, I would then recommend the Port Orleans French Quarter.  I hope you have a fabulous visit!!!
